Service Agreement

All quotes and services are subject to site survey and credit check. Contract term starts after installation.

Billing & Payment

Monthly in advance by direct debit. First month prorated. Late payments may incur fees.

Installation

Free standard installation. Complex setups may incur one-time fee (quoted in advance).

Cancellation

30-day cooling-off period. After that — 30 days notice required. Early termination fees may apply on fixed-term contracts. See Cancellation for details.

Service Level

99.99% uptime SLA on core services. Support response times: 1 hour for critical issues, 4 hours for standard.
