Cooling-off Period

30 days from contract start — full refund of setup fees if service not used.

Standard Cancellation

• 30 days written notice required after cooling-off.
• Early exit on 12/24-month contracts may incur remaining months fee (pro-rated).
• Contact support@microhardcommunications.co.uk to cancel.

Refund Process

Refunds processed within 14 days after final bill settlement. Any outstanding charges deducted.

Non-Refundable

Hardware supplied (routers, handsets), installation costs already incurred, usage charges.
